Tremont Arranges $6,700,000 Permanent Loan for Kohl's Retail Store

Tremont Realty Capital, Inc. has arranged a $6,750,000 loan for the refinance of Kohl's retail store in Wausau, Wisconsin.

A Senior Director with Tremont Realty Capital in Chicago arranged the long term, 80% LTV, permanent loan, which was funded by American Fidelity. This particular Kohl's store is the anchor for Mountain View Square III Shopping Center located on Route 51 in Wausau. The borrower, A.I.G. Realty, has had a close working relationship with Tremont and they are currently working on other transactions that are expected to close in the near future.
