Tremont Arranges $3,250,000
Construction Loan for Industrial Property
The
Boston office of Tremont Realty Capital, Inc. arranged financing
for the construction of Border One, a 122,000SF multi-tenant
industrial building located in Santa Teresa, NM.
David Ross, a Managing Director with Tremont,
arranged the $3,250,000 loan, which was funded by one of
Tremont's national lender relationships. The construction
loan provided for roughly 75% loan-to-value and approximately
85% loan-to-cost. The property is the first project in the
new Santa Teresa Border Industrial Park and was 46% pre-leased
to a local tenant at the time of closing.
