Tremont Arranges $11,000,000
Financing for Florida Multifamily
The Chicago office of Tremont Realty Capital has played
an integral role in the Collins Park Apartments project
located in the South Beach area of Miami Beach, Florida.
Senior Director, Tony Kolomayets initially
arranged two loans totaling $8,500,000 for the acquisition
of seven contiguous apartment buildings. The loans were
provided by a Midwest bank. The buildings are located next
to the Miami Beach Convention Center, the brand-new "Shore
Club", Satai luxury condo and hotel project, and Collins
Park.
