Tremont Arranges $8,500,000
Permanent Loan for Kohl's
Tremont Realty Capital, Inc. has arranged a $8,500,000 loan
for the refinance of a 350,000 SF warehouse leased to Kohl's
in Corsicana, TX.
Stephen Henderson, a Senior Director with
Tremont Realty Capital in Hartford arranged the nineteen
and a half year fully amortizing permanent loan, which was
funded by a Midwestern life company. This property is used
by Kohl's as a distribution center for stores in Texas.
Corsicana is situated between Dallas and Houston and provides
a central geographic location for the tenant. The borrower
is a major REIT with a nationwide portfolio. They utilized
Tremont to provide them access to portfolio lenders across
the country.
