Tremont Arranges $2,750,000
in Mezzanine Financing for a Manufactured Housing Community
Portfolio
Tremont Realty Capital arranged mezzanine financing for
three manufactured housing communities located in Michigan.
The Chicago office of Tremont Realty Capital arranged the
mezzanine financing on three manufactured housing communities
located in Albion, Muskegon and Almont, Michigan. The three
communities totaled slightly more than 400 homes sites and
had a combined occupancy in the low 90% range. Tremont Realty
Capital arranged the $2,750,000 non-recourse, interest only
loan, funded through one of Tremont's affiliates.
