Tremont Arranges $3,700,000
Financing for Storage Unlimited
Tremont
Realty Capital arranged the acquisition and rehabilitation
loan for Storage Unlimited, LLC, the developer of a 33,300
square foot self storage property located in Burlington,
Massachusetts. The planned development includes 350 climate
controlled self storage units.
David Ross, a Managing Director with Tremont
Realty Capital's Boston office, arranged the $3,700,000
loan, which was funded through one of Tremont's regional,
capital relationships. The 5-year, fixed rate loan provided
financing for approximately 80% of the acquisition cost
and 85% of the total cost of the project. According to David
Ross, "the borrowers were thrilled with the structure
and pricing of the acquisition/construction loan. They look
forward to bringing the Storage Unlimited facility on-line
in April 2003." The facility is very well located at
the intersection of Terry Avenue and Route 3A in Burlington,
MA and benefits from good visibility and a high traffic
count.
