Tremont Arranges $3,400,000
Financing for Lincoln Plaza Wal-Mart
The
Chicago office of Tremont Realty Capital arranged financing
for the refinance of the Lincoln Plaza Wal-Mart, a 209,248
square foot single tenant, free standing Wal-Mart located
in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
A Senior Director with Tremont,
arranged the $3,400,000 loan, which was funded through a
major institutional lender. The 10-year non-recourse loan
was priced with a 4.58% interest rate. The property was
an existing Wal-Mart that had expansion space added to it
recently and was 100% occupied at the time of closing. According
to Tremont, "The loan was structured as a self-amortizing,
10-year loan, with 10 years left on the lease term. The
project has several expansion options past the 10-year term."
