Tremont Arranges $10,265,000
Financing for Acquisition of RV Resort
The
Annapolis office of Tremont Realty Capital arranged financing
for the acquisition of the Brennan Beach RV Resort, located
in Pulaski, New York.
John Chase, a Senior Director with Tremont,
arranged the $10,265,000 loan, which was funded through
one of Tremont's close banking relationships. The non-recourse
loan provided for a high loan-to-value with an aggressive
interest rate and amortization schedule. The property was
100% occupied at the time of closing. Amenities include
a clubhouse, tennis courts, a lake, pool with Jacuzzi, shuffleboard,
storage space and an on-site store. According to Chase,
"Tremont's understanding of the RV Resort industry
created an aggressive loan structure that was put in place
quickly."
