Tremont Structures Financing
for RV Park
The
Annapolis office of Tremont Realty Capital structured bridge
financing for the acquisition of Sandy Beach RV Resort,
a 200-site campground in Hopkinton, New Hampshire.
John Chase, a Senior Director with Tremont,
arranged the $3,175,000 loan, which was funded through Tremont's
affiliate, CapitalSource Finance, LLC (CSE). The non-recourse,
2-year loan with 2-one year extensions provided for roughly
90% loan-to-value. According to Chase, "This was a
high leverage acquisition bridge loan that allows the borrower
to reposition the asset before placing his long term permanent
debt."
