Mr. Bauer has over 27 years experience in the real estate debt and equity markets across the United States. He is a Senior Director in the Newport Beach, CA office where he is responsible for expanding the Tremont platform throughout Southern California. Mr. Bauer has been based in Southern California his entire career.

Prior to joining Tremont in 2006, he was Regional Manager for a Midwest-based bank. He also has experience with a variety of prominent banks and investment companies including Key Bank, Bank of America and Hanover Financial. Mr. Bauer began his real estate career as Project Manager for Tishman West Management in Los Angeles.

Mr. Bauer has held a California Real Estate Broker License since 1982. He holds a BA in Finance from Whittier College and is also fluent in German.
