Mr. Beatty is an Underwriter/Financial Analyst in the Boston office where he works on debt and equity investment reviews and presentations.

Mr. Beatty was previously a Senior Financial Analyst at TD Bank where he was responsible for performing the complete financial analysis for new and existing real estate investments. He has prior experience with Centex Corporation and Fidelity Investments. Mr. Beatty is very active in the greater Boston real estate community. He serves on the Board of Urban Land Institute, Boston (ULI) as the Chair of the Membership and Urban Marketplace Committees. He was also approved by Mayor Thomas Menino to serve on the Impact Advisory Group for the Air Rights Development of parcels 12-15 in Boston’s Back Bay.

Mr. Beatty is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Boston University School of Management.
