John A. Chase

Mr. Chase has 24 years experience in the real estate industry.  He is a Senior Director in the Annapolis office. He is also Managing Director of Tremont’s Fund II, a private equity fund capitalized to acquire $120 million in RV Resort assets primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States. In addition, Mr. Chase is considered one of the leading experts in the manufactured housing community industry.

Prior to Tremont, Mr. Chase was leading originator for a major international finance company for over seven years.  He has closed capital assignments throughout the United States on such diverse product types as manufactured housing, office, retail, industrial, self-storage and multifamily. Previously, Mr. Chase was with Clayton, Williams & Sherwood, a regional mortgage placement firm. 

Throughout Mr. Chase's real estate finance career, he has closed in excess of $1 billon in new loan transactions. He holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University.
