John A. Chase

Mr. Chase has over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. He is Senior Director in the Annapolis office. He is also Managing Director of the Tremont-Morgan RV Fund I, a private equity fund with a $120 million portfolio of RV Resort Assets primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States. In addition, Mr. Chase is considered one of the leading experts in the MHC industry.

Prior to Tremont, Mr. Chase was a leading originator for a major international finance company for over 7 years. He has closed capital assignments throughout the United States on diverse product types such as manufactured housing, office, retail, industrial, self-storage and multifamily. Previously, Mr. Chase was with Clayton, Williams & Sherwood, a regional mortgage placement firm.

Throughout Mr. Chase's real estate finance career, he has closed in excess of $1 billon in new loan transactions. He holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University.
