Richard C. Gallitto
Executive Director

Mr. Gallitto is a founder and Executive Director of Tremont and serves on the Investment Committee. He is responsible for growing its mortgage originations and expanding the Tremont platform. His visionary leadership was instrumental in launching the company's recent foray into the investment management arena where Tremont manages capital on behalf of institutional and high net worth investors.

Mr. Gallitto has worked in the commercial real estate and investment industry for over 20 years. During his career he has originated, structured and closed over $2 billion in real estate transactions nationwide. Prior to forming Tremont, Mr. Gallitto was a Regional Director with an international finance company where he established and led the Northeast U.S. division. His duties included staffing and managing over six production offices and building relationships with a myriad of lenders. Previously, Mr. Gallitto started the New England commercial's mortgage brokerage office for CBRE L.J. Melody, where he managed and grew the office's originations volume.

Mr. Gallitto received his AB in Economics from Harvard University. He holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokerage license and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers, ULI and PREA.
