Richard C. Gallitto
Executive Director

Mr. Gallitto is a founder and Executive Director of Tremont Realty Capital, LLC, and manages new deal flow. He is an Investment Committee member for the Company’s investment management division on behalf of institutional and high net worth investors. Mr. Gallitto has worked in the commercial real estate and investment industry for over 26 years. He has originated, structured and closed over $2 billion in real estate transactions.

Prior to Tremont, Mr. Gallitto was a Regional Director with Finova Realty Capital, an international finance company where he established and led the Northeast U.S. Division. He managed six production offices and built relationships with multiple lenders. Previously, he opened CBRE’s Northeast mortgage banking division. When CBRE acquired LJ Melody’s mortgage brokerage business, he continued to manage and grow the offices origination volume under the new platform. Mr. Gallitto began his career in commercial banking working for several predecessor firms to Bank of America.

He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), ULI, as well as, the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Gallitto is a frequent contributor for a number of well respected industry publications. Mr. Gallitto received his AB in Economics from Harvard University. He holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokerage license.
