Stephen T. Henderson
Senior Director

Mr. Henderson has over 15 years experience financing commercial real estate projects across the United States. He is a Senior Director in the Hartford office, where he has developed a particular expertise in capitalizing retail assets. By working with some of the largest retail owners in the US, he had closed over $100 million in retail capital assignments in the past 18 months. 

Mr. Henderson was formerly a Director at an international finance company.  Mr. Henderson has considerable experience in construction lending, but has developed a specialty in hotel financing, having closed more than 15 hotel loans during the past several years. He previously headed the East Coast lending operation for a Mid West based national bank.

He is a current owner/operator of several multifamily properties in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He holds a BS from Drew University.
