Mr. Henderson has over 26 years experience financing commercial real estate projects across the United States. He is a Senior Director in the Hartford office. Mr. Henderson has developed a particular expertise in capitalizing retail assets.

Mr. Henderson was formerly a Director at an international finance company. Mr. Henderson has considerable experience in construction lending. He has developed a specialty in hotel financing, having closed more than 15 hotel loans during the past several years. He previously headed the East Coast lending operation for a Midwest based national bank.

He holds a BS from Drew University.
