Anatole (Tony) Kolomayets
Senior Director

Mr. Kolomayets is a Senior Director based in the Chicago office.  He has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years with extensive experience in structuring complex debt and equity transactions. 

Previously, he was a Senior Director with an international finance company where he was consistently a leading originator. He has prior experience with Grubb & Ellis, DLJ, Royal LePage Finance Group, Cushman & Wakefield and Baird & Warner. 

Mr. Kolomayets earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Champaign.  He holds a graduate degree in Business from the Thunderbird School, Glendale, AZ.  He also spent a year studying Finance and Language at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in the Yale-China Program Graduate School.
