Jared R. Lewis
Director of Underwriting

Mr. Lewis is the Director of Underwriting based in the Boston office where he leads initial screening, sizing and underwriting of Tremont proprietary loan products. Mr. Lewis, who has been with Tremont since its inception, now coordinates the underwriting and packaging of various types of debt and equity transactions.  He leads a National team of underwriters and analysts that he supervises, and coordinates their training. Mr. Lewis is the lead underwriter for the Tremont-Morgan RV Fund I, a private equity fund with a national portfolio in excess of $120 million in RV Resort assets.

Since joining Tremont on a full-time basis, Mr. Lewis has assisted in closing over $500 million in debt, mezzanine and equity transactions. He is also accomplished at various industry software applications and has written several proprietary programs used in the evaluation of potential Tremont investments.

Mr. Lewis holds an AB in Government from Harvard College and has completed intensive advanced management training at the Harvard Business School with a focus on applications in the real estate industry.
