Mr. Lewis is the Director of Underwriting based in the Boston office where he leads initial screening, sizing and underwriting of Tremont proprietary investments, as well as, packaging of various non-proprietary transactions.  He is accomplished at numerous industry software applications and has written several proprietary programs to size and evaluate potential Tremont investments.

Mr. Lewis joined Tremont full-time in 2002 after two summer intern assignments with the Company. Mr. Lewis is the lead underwriter for Tremont’s Fund II, a private equity fund capitalized to acquire some $120 million in RV Resort assets.

He holds an AB in Government from Harvard College and has taken substantial graduate level coursework at Harvard Business School.
