Thomas J. Lorenzini

Mr. Lorenzini has 21 years experience in the real estate industry and is Managing Director of the Midwest region. He is widely considered one of the leading experts in the manufactured housing community industry.

He was previously Midwest Regional Director for Finova Realty Capital, an international finance company, where he managed underwriting and loan generation for offices in the Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Washington, DC markets. Mr. Lorenzini also was a Senior Director for Belgravia Realty Capital, where he opened the Chicago office and established their Midwestern franchise.  Prior to joining Belgravia, he was a loan officer for The Mercantile Companies, a boutique mortgage-banking firm.

Mr. Lorenzini is an industry leader in lending to manufactured housing communities and self storage facilities. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa (BA) and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
