Thomas J. Lorenzini
Managing Director

Mr. Lorenzini is Managing Director of the Midwest region and a founding member of Tremont. He has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry with extensive experience in structuring complex bridge, mezzanine and equity transactions. In addition, he is widely considered one of the leading experts in the MHC industry closing in excess of $1 billion of MHC related transactions over his career. 

He was previously Midwest Regional Director for an international finance company, where he managed underwriting and loan generation for offices in the Cleveland, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Washington DC markets.  Mr. Lorenzini also was a Senior Director for Belgravia Realty Capital, where he opened the Chicago office and established their Midwestern franchise.

He is a graduate of the University of Iowa (BA) and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
