Mr. Morgan is General Counsel / Senior Director.  Prior to joining Tremont in 2006, Mr. Morgan had an extensive legal and business career spanning two decades. He is a long-time confidant of and advisor to the founding partners of Tremont. His focus is general corporate legal matters, as well as, outside counsel, invoice management, and is a member of the workout strategy team.

Previously, Mr. Morgan had significant legal experience as a practicing attorney in real estate, banking and corporate law. In addition, he has senior executive level experience with several private and public companies in the marketing and technology sectors. Mr. Morgan’s numerous cross-industry business associates and contacts enable him to assist with new corporate borrower and investor clients.

Mr. Morgan holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Mr. Morgan is also a member of the ICSC and ULI. Mr. Morgan splits his time between the Boston and New York regional offices.
