Mr. Morgan joined Tremont in 2006 as General Counsel and Senior Director. His focus is general corporate legal matters and strategy, as well as, assisting with corporate borrower and investor clients. Mr. Morgan splits his time between the Boston and New York offices.

Mr. Morgan has significant legal experience as a practicing attorney in real estate, banking and corporate law and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. In addition, he has senior executive level experience with several private and public companies in the marketing and technology sectors.

Mr. Morgan holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and a JD from Boston College School of Law.
