Mr. Ross has 23 years of real estate finance experience.  A founding member of Tremont, Mr. Ross is a Managing Director in the Boston office. He has developed a national reputation for closing highly structured transactions. Mr. Ross has worked in many facets of real estate lending, including origination, underwriting, workout, REO management and sales, as well as the training of originators and loan analysts.

Prior to Tremont he was a Director at an international finance company. Mr. Ross has extensive credit experience with a variety of Boston-area commercial banks including Fleet Bank, the predecessor institution for the Boston-area Bank of America.

Mr. Ross is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Northeastern University.
