Steven C. Skelley
Assistant Portfolio Manager

Mr. Skelley is an Assistant Portfolio Manager with Tremont responsible for coordinating investment closings and asset management of Tremont’s direct investments. Mr. Skelley has over 17 years experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries.

Prior to joining Tremont in 2006, Mr. Skelley was Director of Asset Management for the Northeast Region of AIMCO (Apartment Investment and Management Company). Mr. Skelley was responsible for managing a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Northeastern United States with emphasis on maximizing asset value, sourcing investment opportunities, managing disposition efforts and investor reporting.  Prior to joining AIMCO, Mr. Skelley was Director of Asset Management for a healthcare and lodging Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).  Mr. Skelley was responsible for all asset management functions for a $3 billion portfolio of health care assets including long-term care, assisted living, independent, and rehabilitation facilities. Prior to that, Mr. Skelley was an Internal Auditor for Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation where he performed financial and operational audits at major construction sites throughout the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. 

Mr. Skelley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley College.
