Callie Ensley-Smith
Executive Vice President

Ms. Ensley-Smith is an Executive Vice President responsible for corporate operations. Based in the Boston office, she manages human resources, insurance, corporate legal affairs, real estate and various other functions.

Prior to Tremont, Ms. Ensley-Smith was an underwriter at an international finance company, where she helped close over $200 million in commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Ms. Ensley-Smith was with L.J. Melody & Company's Boston office as both a loan originator and a real estate financial analyst. She also has past experience with CB Commercial's Capital Markets/Mortgage Banking Group, as well as, their property management division. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Ms. Ensley-Smith was the Director of Operations for North America at an international cultural exchange firm.

She holds a BS from Vanderbilt University and has taken significant course work at Boston University, Program for Real Estate Studies.
