We apply a similar approach to our advisory business, that is, implementing stringent pre-screening, evaluation, and structuring of all prospective real estate finance transactions. Once it has been decided that a transaction is viable, our originators and analysts consult Tremont's capital market relationships to determine and pursue the best execution for each transaction. Tremont's originators and underwriters will then guide the transaction and our client through the chosen capital provider's approval process until the transaction closes.
