Fund III targeted opportunistic returns of LIBOR plus 8% on mid-market transactions. This fund is a joint venture between Tremont and a New York-based hedge fund. The fund is fully invested. This fund targeted 50-90% loan-to-value whole loans. This fund made investments of over $42 million since inception.
