Fund IV

Fund IV is a $145 million income fund invested for a pension fund and Tremont. Fund IV targeted value-added bridge loans. Fund IV invested up to 90% loan-to-cost in office and retail assets ranging from $14-60 million in capitalization. This fund is fully invested.
