Tremont’s direct lending platform is managed through The RMR Group's registered investment adviser subsidiary, Tremont Realty Advisors LLC, which principally manages institutional capital primarily focused on investments in first mortgage debt and mezzanine loans.
Tremont’s direct investment history includes managed assets totaling over $340 million in equity invested in over $950MM of structured CRE debt and equity assets.
