Kaoutar Houmairy is a Director, Asset Management based in RMR’s Newton (Boston) corporate headquarters. Ms. Houmairy is responsible for performing or managing all aspects of diligence, closing, asset management and servicing commercial & multifamily bridge loans. She joins Tremont with more than eight years of experience performing real estate financial analysis. Prior to joining Tremont in 2020, Ms. Houmairy was a Senior Asset Manager at Samuels & Associates where she managed a $1.6 billion portfolio of stabilized and transitional assets. She earned her B.B.A in Finance from Universite AlAkhawayn in Ifrane and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
