Mr. Brown is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tremont Realty Capital. He is also the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC), is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) and is an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The RMR Group LLC, where he oversees the accounting and finance functions and the tax department. Mr. Brown previously was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) and Director of Financial Reporting for DHC. Prior to joining RMR in 2007, he worked in the audit practice of Wolf & Company, a public accounting firm headquartered in Boston, MA. Mr. Brown is a certified public accountant.
