Mr. Lorenzini is Senior Vice President of Tremont Realty Capital and is based in Chicago. He also has served as President of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) since 2021 and as Chief Investment Officer since 2023. Mr. Lorenzini is a founding member of Tremont’s predecessor business and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Tremont’s predecessor business in 2000, Mr. Lorenzini was Midwest Regional Director for Finova Realty Capital, where he managed underwriting and loan generation for offices in the Cleveland, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Washington, DC markets. Previously, Mr. Lorenzini was a Senior Director for Belgravia Realty Capital, where he opened the Chicago office and established their Midwestern business. Mr. Lorenzini earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Iowa and a Master Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
