Alex Heyman
Managing Director, Capital Markets
Alex Heyman is Managing Director of Capital Markets at Tremont Realty Capital, based in Newton, MA. He leads the screening, structuring and underwriting of proprietary investments, as well as capital markets execution for non-core transactions.
Before joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Heyman held roles at Hunneman Capital Group, focusing on debt placement and restructuring, and at Citi Global Markets, where he specialized in CMBS underwriting. He earned Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Rochester and is a CFA charterholder.
