Cameron DeGeorge

Cameron DeGeorge is a Senior Analyst on Tremont Realty Capital's Underwriting team, where he is responsible for the underwriting and financial analysis of new commercial real estate debt investments. In his role, he evaluates prospective lending opportunities, assesses property-level fundamentals and supports the structuring and execution of financing solutions across a range of commercial real estate asset classes.

Prior to joining Tremont in 2025, he held roles at RMR Group and Arbor Realty Trust. Cameron earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville.
