David Ross

David Ross is Managing Director of Originations at Tremont Realty Capital, where he leads origination efforts across the Northeast region. Based in Newton, MA, he is a founding member of Tremont’s predecessor business and brings more than 25 years of real estate finance experience.

Mr. Ross has built a reputation for structuring and closing complex transactions and has worked across the full lifecycle of lending, including origination, underwriting, workouts and asset management. Prior to 2000, he served as a Director at Finova Realty Capital and held lending roles at several commercial banks.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Northeastern University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
