Jason Cunnane

Mr. Cunnane is a Director of Loan Asset Management based in RMR’s Newton, MA headquarters. He oversees all aspects of diligence, closing, asset management and servicing for commercial and multifamily bridge loans.

Prior to joining Tremont in 2022, Mr. Cunnane was Director of Fund Investments & Finance at Joyal Capital Management. He previously held roles at Fantini & Gorga and Boston Private Bank. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Colby College and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.
