Joshua Feld

Joshua Feld is a Director of Underwriting based in Chicago, where he focuses on underwriting and structuring commercial real estate investments. Prior to joining Tremont in 2022, he was an Asset Manager at CrossHarbor Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, he held roles in real estate finance and investment analysis. Mr. Feld earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a certified public accountant.
