Kaoutar Houmairy
Director, Loan Asset Management
Kaotar Houmairy is a Director of Loan Asset Management based in RMR’s Newton, MA headquarters. She is responsible for overseeing diligence, closing, asset management and servicing for commercial and multifamily bridge loans.
Since joining Tremont in 2020, Ms. Houmairy has brought deep experience in real estate financial analysis. Previously, she was a Senior Asset Manager at Samuels & Associates, where she managed a $1.6 billion portfolio of stabilized and transitional assets.
She earned a BBA in Finance from Université Al Akhawayn in Ifrane and an MBA from Babson College.
