Matthew Brown

Mr. Brown is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tremont Realty Capital. e is also the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC), is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) and is an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR), where he oversees the accounting and finance functions and the tax department. Mr. Brown previously was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) and Director of Financial Reporting for DHC. Prior to joining RMR in 2007, he worked in the audit practice of Wolf & Company, a public accounting firm headquartered in Boston, MA. Mr. Brown is a certified public accountant.
