Petar Dimitrov

Petar Dimitrov is an Analyst on the Underwriting team at Tremont Realty Capital, where he is responsible for underwriting and financial analysis of commercial mortgage loans secured by a diverse range of property types across the U.S. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing property operating performance, conducting market research, evaluating investment opportunities, supporting due diligence and loan closings and preparing investment memoranda and loan recommendations.

Petar joined RMR Group in 2005 and has held roles across several areas of the business, including operations, property management, leasing, asset management, acquisitions and underwriting. This breadth of experience provides him with a comprehensive perspective on commercial real estate from both the ownership and lending sides of the industry.

Petar earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of World and National Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
