Steven Skelley

Steven Skelley is a Vice President of Tremont Realty Capital with more than 17 years of experience across commercial real estate and finance.

Before joining Tremont’s predecessor business in 2006, he served as Director of Asset Management for the Northeast region at AIMCO, where he managed a multifamily portfolio and focused on value creation, capital deployment and asset disposition. Earlier, he held asset management roles at a healthcare and lodging REIT and began his career as an Internal Auditor at Stone & Webster Engineering.

Mr. Skelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University.
