Thomas Lorenzini

Tom Lorenzini is a Senior Vice President of Tremont Realty Capital, based in Chicago. He also serves as President and Chief Investment Officer of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN), as well as a Senior Vice President of RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR).

A founding member of Tremont’s predecessor business, Mr. Lorenzini brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate finance and investment. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, he was Midwest Regional Director at Finova Realty Capital, where he oversaw underwriting and loan originations across multiple major markets. Earlier, he was a Senior Director at Belgravia Realty Capital, where he established and led the firm’s Midwest operations.

Mr. Lorenzini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
